At SuchOutdoor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and outdoor living purchases. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to find the specific item you wish to return and submit a request.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original packaging with all components and manuals intact to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
